Managing Director Ken Carston

Ken learned his trade as a painter and paperhanger from some of the best of the old masters and is one of the few remaining tradesmen who has the indepth knowledge of all types of paint application and removal along with paperhanging, plastering and repair work. Working in this field consistently for more than 25 years means he has kept up to date with technology changes and having been involved with the running of many big projects over this time, he ensures the smooth running of any project he undertakes. He was also the painter decorator responsible for the prestigious Master Builders Home of the Year in 2001 and is a member of Master Painters New Zealand.

Marketing Manager Scott Coplestone

Scott has spent a number of years overseas managing sales in high profile successful companies and brings his experience in successfully working with clients' needs to CBD Painters. Like the rest of the team, Scott believes in quality being an integral part of the services we offer and is available at any time to talk to you.

Office Manager Heather Carston

Over the years, Heather has been a PA for Project Arrow Management and Office Manager for Programmed Maintenance Services for the Tauranga, Rotorua and Hamilton branches. Her skill in understanding the management of big projects, along with legislation requirements in terms of OSH and other health and safety areas means that large projects are run smoothly from an administration viewpoint.
